1. Регулировка клапанных зазоров производится на холодном двигателе (15-30°С). 2. Устанавливаем коленчатый вал двигателя в ВМТ такта сжатия: • извлекаем пробку из смотрового окна в кожухе охлаждения двигателя; • снимаем клапанную крышку. На некоторых моделях это можно сделать прямо на скутере, где-то придётся разобрать половину пластика и есть такие, что придётся даже двигатель с мопеда снять. Это смотрим по ситуации самостоятельно. Направление вращения двигателя — по часовой стрелке со стороны вентилятора. Не допускается прокручивание коленчатого вала по направлению против часовой стрелки!

• вращая коленчатый вал совмещаем метку «T» (у разных производителей по разному) на роторе генератора с выступом на картере.

для наглядности на фото снят пластиковый кожух вентилятора, но это делать не обязательно (помним про резиновую пробку смотрового окна, которую мы уже извлекли)

При этом обязательно распредвал должен находиться в положении, показанном на следующем фото

Это важно: два маленьких отверстия (иногда ещё и 2 риски) вдоль кромки головки, большое отверстие — наверху. Только так и никак иначе! 3

Щупом измеряем зазор между толкателем и стержнем клапана. Для двигателей объемом 150сс клапанные зазоры: впуск 0,08мм, выпуск 0,1мм. Используем эти цифры только в том случае, если мануал от скутера отсутствует. Если мануал есть — смотрим «свои» зазоры в нём! (справочно для «полтосов» 0,03 и 0,07 мм)

Выпускной клапан почти всегда помечен буквами EX на опорах. (соответственно на фото показан впускной клапан)

4. Ослабляем затяжку контргайки регулировочного винта толкателя ключом «на 9». Резьба там правая.

5. Пассатижами вращаем регулировочный винт, одновременно контролируя зазор щупом. Зазор выставлен правильно, если щуп движется в нем с небольшим сопротивлением, но не свободно и не клинится между клапаном и толкателем

Очень важно не зажать щуп! Достаточно часто бывает, что во время затяжки щуп прижимают и он меняет свою толщину. Проверить или исправить это никак невозможно, так что лучше подольше повозиться с затяжкой, чем получить испорченный щуп

6. Придерживая регулировочный болт пассатижами в установленном положении, затягиваем контргайку.

7. Еще раз контролируем правильность установки зазора.

8. Регулируем зазор у второго клапана. Обычно начинают с впускного, но строго говоря разницы откуда начинать — нет. Главное на впускном выставить зазор для впускного, а на выпускном — для выпускного.

9. Устанавливаем все снятые детали в обратной последовательности.

Проверку тепловых зазоров клапанов рекомендуется проводить каждые 4 тыс. км. При необходимости — произвести регулировку.
